A Thousand Words
We're mostly using the NAM now because it excels in the short range and we're about 24 hours away from the storm. Here's the NAM forecast for total liquid water equivalent precipitation on Saturday. On the basis of this map, 2 feet looks possible in the DC metro. I'm still looking at the model runs from this morning. More to come!
